Su He, Executive Director

Su was born and raised in Beijing, China. She graduated from China Southwest University of Political Science & Law School of Law (西南政法大学) and received her Bachelor of Law degree. After that, she came to the United States for intensive legal training on both Master of Law and Juris Doctor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.


As a bi-lingual and bi-cultural lawyer from China, raised in a family full of physicians, trained in both American and Chinese legal systems, immigrated to the U.S. by herself, Su has a deeply understanding of both Chinese and American culture and extensive resources on healthcare in China.

Kimberly Kirkendall, Chief Financial Officer

President, International Resource Development, Inc. 

With over 30 years experience in China, Ms. Kirkendall combines her technical experience (manufacturing, operations, consulting and as a CPA) with her deep knowledge of how business operates in China.  International Resource Development, Inc. is a consulting company that for over 15 years has helped companies improve their operations in China. Our projects include; managing China incorporation process, market entry, re-engineering processes between U.S. and China operations, structuring partnerships (Joint Ventures, etc), solving VAT issues, troubleshooting the CCC/CFDA registration process, qualifying and/or mediating with customers and suppliers, strategic channel development, negotiation strategy, etc.

Chaoyi (Amy) Wang, Global VP

Amy Wang worked as a Senior Manager in the International Tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP Cleveland office, before funding Elite Global Ltd. During her career with Ernst & Young LLP, she worked with large multinational public companies and “Fortune Global 500” companies, providing services related to global tax planning and compliance strategies, US GAAP financial reporting requirements related to foreign operations and global tax efficient structure. Her clients operate in a wide array of industries, including diversified industrial products, healthcare, consumer products, transportation, food and mining.


Born and raised in China, Amy has kept strong tie with Chinese business community. For over 8 years, she worked with many high net-net-worth Chinese individuals, providing services regarding their immigration processes, education decisions for their children and business investments in US.


Amy actively sponsors and promotes the growth for Asian professionals throughout her career. She is a member of Ascend organization, and served as co-leader of Ernst& Young Northeast Ohio Pan-Asian Committee.


Amy obtained her bachelor degree in International Business from Shandong University in China, and her Master in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Ohio since 2008.

Logan Wang, Vice President

Logan Wang is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Ohio since 2016. He currently works at Apple Growth Partners. He provides services including tax returns preparation, tax planning, financial advises, companies' bookkeeping and payroll assists. He is also involved in the international tax team, provides advises for foreign investors, and assists U.S. companies doing business overseas.


He previously interned at RPM International Inc. as an internal auditor; examined financial statements; observed procedures to evaluate internal controls; assisted in recommendations and suggested improvements to operations and reductions in cost.


He graduated from the University of Akron, holding a Master degree of Taxation and a Master degree of Accounting. He actively participated in volunteer activities and practiced in VITA tax program helping low-income taxpayers on their tax returns.


Before Logan came to United States, he graduated from Beijing Sport University and worked at Tencent ( as an European Sports reporter.


Xin Jin, Vice President

Xin is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD). Xin has over 10 years’ experience in global supply chain management (global sourcing, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and auditing), with her deep knowledge of doing business cross cultures.  Xin currently serves at a local manufacturer that owns subsidiaries and factories in Asia, manages cross culture functions, global souring, operations, logistics, and trading. Xin also consults local companies as per her expertise.


Xin holds Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, Master of Science in Data Analytics, Master of Public Administration in Risk Management, Bachelor of Art in Spanish, and Bachelor of Business Administration.

Yuxin Fan, Vice President

Yuxin is an MBA student in Weatherhead School of Management, the Case Western Reserve University. His concentration is business and finance, along with advanced quantitative analysis. Before he become an MBA Candidate, he has been working at PricewaterhouseCoopers ZhongTian LLP as a Senior Associate for 3 years in Shenzhen, China. He has advanced auditing experience in finance, manufacturing and medical instruments industries. Currently he is a CIIA Charter holder with Level II of CFA and six papers passing of CICPA.
