Mask Donations
The Chinese chamber, with the help from the local Chinese community, facilitated the donation of more than 20,000 medical face masks to local hospitals. We are proud that we can offer to help our caregivers and frontline healthcare workers during this pandemic.
Online Business Lectures
The Chinese Chamber continues to host and co-host business lecturers online in the year 2020. We offered lecturers discussing the Covid-19 impact on international businesses; potential opportunities in Hong Kong; legal considerations when doing business in Mexico, and challenges for Chinese businesses transacting in the U.S.
Stronger Partnerships
To bring values and additional network opportunities to our members, the Chinese Chamber extended our collaboration with local and nationwide professional organizations. This year, we established a collaboration with the U.S. Alumni Association of China Southwestern University of Political Science & Law (SWUPL) and Collaborative Chamber Alliance (CCA). With these new relationships, we offered legal salons, monthly virtual network, golf outing day free for all of our members in 2020.
